When will my item
be shipped?
All orders are
generally processed within 2 or 3 business days, assuming the payment is
verified. Depending on where in
United States or Canada you live, delivery can be from 4 - 10 days. If
you don't live in United States or Canada, delivery is 4-6 weeks if you
don't choose to expedite the shipping.
Where do we ship to?
We ship to all the countries that our carrier, Canada Post, covers.
Canada Post ships to almost every country in the world. For non-North
American orders, we don't charge additional shipping fees but they are
sent via Surface Mail and take longer to arrive (4-6 weeks). If you
would like to expedite the shipping, you may pay $8 more (how to pay) to upgrade to Air Mail which
takes 6-10 days to arrive.
What is the difference
between the Q series and P series?
Q is a newer series which is
re-designed based on customer's feedback. Q has a rigid layer which
blocks heat as well as radiation. In term of radiation shielding, both P
and Q use the same radiation shielding fabric.
How can I track my
order?
If you have
received an email notifying you that your order has been shipped,
please visit the Canada
Post website to track your
parcel. You will need the Tracking number that can be found in your
delivery confirmation email.
When inquiring by email about the status of a product, please provide
us with the following information:
